George has been a Lead Investigator for The Illinois Ghost Hunters for half a decade and very active in the paranormal community for even longer. | Michael Kravchuk Confirmed for 2010 IGH Open House Seminar | |
| |  When Michael wasn’t watching re-runs of In Search Of while taking apart his parent’s electronic items, his nose was buried in books about ghosts, ufo’s, and mysteries of the unexplained. As an active paranormal investigator for the last 10 years, armed only with a camera and flashlight, his world changed overnight when he was introduced to EMF meters and IR Thermometers. In 2009 he created GhostGadgetGuy.com, a non-biased paranormal gear review site. As a regular contributor to various paranormal technical forums, he soon found many so called “experts” out there claiming to know what did and did not work to find things that we aren’t even sure exist. | Dale Kaczmarek Confirmed for 2010 IGH Open House Seminar | |
| |  Dale Kaczmarek is President of the Ghost Research Society and director of Excursions Into The Unknown, Inc., the only year-round ghost tour of haunted Chicagoland locations. Kaczmarek has been actively investigating ghosts, hauntings and poltergeist phenomena since 1975 and is active in a number of organizations including: American Association for Electronic Voice Phenomena, Society for the Investigation of the Unexplained, International Fortean Organization and the prestigious Ghost Club of England. His website Ghost Research Society is one of the most active of its kind anywhere in the world. Kaczmarek has appeared in numerous books, publications, newspapers and periodicals. He has been a guest on “Oprah”, “Encounters”, “Sightings”, “The Other Side”, “Rolanda”, “Mysteries Magic and Miracles”, “Exploring the Unknown”, and was called on by the “Discovery Channel” to help produce and appear in two segments; “Real Ghosthunters” and “Phantom Photos”. | |  From a young age Chad has been interested in the paranormal and has been investigating the paranormal for several years now. In 2008 Chad founded Paranormal Research of Illinois (PRI). He is also the webmaster of the PRI website and is the Northern Illinois Representative for Troy Taylor’s American Ghost Society. He has also been a freelance photographer for over 13 years. During Chad’s work with Paranormal Research of Illinois, he has had the honor of working with and meeting many well known Investigators such as Keith Age and Bob Hunnicutt. Chad’s free time is most often spent with his wife, children, and friends. | Michael Kleen Confirmed for 2010 IGH Open House Seminar | |
| |  Michael Kleen earned a master’s degree in American history from Eastern Illinois University in 2008. He is the author of numerous books, including Tales of Coles County, Illinois, Six Tales of Terror, Autumn and Winter: Seasons of Gray, and Paranormal Illinois. Michael has also spoken on local history and folklore at the Rockford Public Library, on WTVO Channel 17, at Teapot’s Café in Beecher, Illinois, Ashmore Estates, Charleston Middle School, and the 2007 Conference on Illinois History in Springfield. Michael is also the publisher and executive editor of Black Oak Presents, a quarterly digital journal of Middle American art and culture. Michael will be speaking at The Illinois Ghost Hunters 2010 Open House Seminar about Legends & Lore of Illinois and his in depth history research.
